Payment options
We offer the following payment methods:

Delivery policy
Orders will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the authorized payment. Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures. The estimated time for receiving any order is 2 to 3 weeks.
Delivery of orders also depends on whether the product is available in stock and if this is the case then the order will be shipped the next working day.
We ship via DHL. A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped to track the shipment.
Its the customer's responsibility to track his/her shipment and make sure to receive it.
Return & refund policy
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds.
Return or exchange request emails should be sent to ounwomenswear@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
A customer will be given store credit only for the price of the item returned excluding any taxes, duties or shipping paid.
Store credit expires in 6 months from the day of purchase.
One-time exchange is allowed, but the customer has to pay the shipment charges.
